Our services include aged and disability care, transitional care, personal care, sleepovers, transport, social support, domestic assistance, companionship, nursing and respite care.
We are currently seeking experienced Personal Care Workers who are enthusiastic and passionate about providing a caring, compassionate, respectful and high-quality service. Our priority is to help our clients live empowered and independently at home.

A successful candidate will have the following:

  • Ability to provide companion/personal and domestic care
  • A passion for respectfully empowering and caring for people
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team

High level of time management and organisational ability.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Certificate III in Aged Care, Community Care or Disability Care or studying towards
  • Satisfactory Australian National Police check
  • Current or willing to obtain a first aid and CPR certificate
  • Smart mobile phone
  • Driver’s licence and your own car
  • Comprehensive car insurance
  • Excellent communication skills including verbal and written
  • Ability to work autonomously, and as part of a team
  • Ability to problem-solve, think creatively, and find innovative solutions
    Understanding of professional boundaries, privacy, and confidentiality

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Working with Children Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • First Aid & CPR Certificate
