Just 45 minutes from Porirua or the Hutt valley and less than an hour from Wellington. NZCL is recruiting a team of staff to support two young people who have moved to the beautiful Kapiti Coast.
NZCL has a large purpose-built house surrounded by flora and fauna, with playgrounds, parks, beach, river, and walking tracks on the doorstep. We are looking for Permanent Fulltime, Part time and Casual Support workers who can turn this house into a home and support our young people to achieve set goals.

  • Supports Tamariki and rangatahi to live great lives.
  • Supports Tamariki and rangatahi immersion in the community through schooling, extracurricular activities, recreational outings, and activities.
  • Supports Tamariki and rangatahi to develop life skills that promote ability and independence.
  • Works in collaboration with management and agencies to provide a hiqh quality service.
  • Support workers make a difference in the lives of Tamariki and young people!
