Description:
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- HNC in engineering or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in equipment support or engineering
- Experience with technical specifications, drawings, and standards
- Ability to create compliant technical documentation
- Knowledge of engineering interfaces and design intent
- Awareness of obsolescence management
Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Initial point of contact for technical queries
- Interpret technical standards and specifications
- Manage equipment obsolescence
- Source and interpret design data
- Arrange and participate in meetings with MoD and other stakeholders
- Assist in finding alternative supply sources
- Support defect management
- Monitor and manage obsolescence
