Are you an NDIS participant looking for an employment opportunity with tailored support in a safe and inclusive workplace? We have a part-time Administration Officer position available in Brisbane City as part of our Supported Hosted Employment program. This position could be your pathway into mainstream employment.

To be eligible you must meet the following criteria:

  • Have NDIS funding.
  • A current national police check.
  • The right to work in Australia.
  • Able to get to and from the workplace in Brisbane city.
  • Able to work 9.00am to 1.00pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

You will be a part of Endeavour Foundations Employment Solutions team working alongside our Host Employer’s staff within an office environment. You will provide administration support for the team including, customer service, creating and editing documents, data entry and updating spreadsheets, photocopying and filing.
Every day at work you will be supported by an Endeavour Foundation Employment Coach.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Lived experience with a disability.
  • Good administration and computer skills and comfortable using technology.
  • Basic communication skills and understanding.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the team around you.
  • Follow direction from Employment Coach and your Manager at work.
  • A positive attitude and willing to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Work well in a team and give great customer service.
  • Maintain filing and recording systems and keeping documentation confidential.
  • Communicate professionally.
  • Be positive, safe, and respectful at work.
  • Assist with other tasks as needed.
