WE ARE HIRING ADVANCED TEAM LEADERS TO MANAGE OUR SUPPORT TEAMS IN OUR SUPPORTED LIVING SERVICES IN YORK! (YO32)
At Millennium Support, we provide Person Centred support to People with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Mental health diagnosis that display behaviours that challenge, have Highly Complex Needs and forensic histories.

In this role, you will lead a team of Advanced Support Workers to deliver a person centred support plan to an individual so they can live a fulfilled and empowered life in the community.
As part of your role you will work alongside our dedicated Therapeutic Support Team who support you and your team through weekly therapeutic team meetings to ensure you have all the necessary support and resources you may need.

Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead a bespoke support team
- Be an ambassador for and promote Millennium’s values within your team.
- Work alongside the Therapeutic support team other external professionals and Families.
- Overseeing the allocated budget for your support team.
- Working effectively with other areas of the business - finance, IT, HR
- Having oversight of training within your support team
- Completing rota’s for your team in line with their contracted hours
- Playing an integral role in recruiting and inducting new team members
- Complete Quality reviews for your service in all areas.
- Be resilient and promote this within your team
- Responding to incidents and competing debriefs as and when required
