Job description
We are looking for an organised, customer-oriented individual who has a keen sense of attention to detail. You will be focusing on all moving areas of a fundraising campaign and will find solutions to operational issues to facilitate every supporter’s fundraising journey.
As well as this, we’re interested in applicants with great team building skills and a proactive attitude to improving processes within fundraising.
Working alongside fundraising, supporter care and data teams, you’ll be responsible for being present at all fundraising kick off meetings and status calls, making a note of and flagging any operational considerations and concerns; and using the information provided to you to create response fulfilment briefings to our external fulfilment agencies.
You will also assist with the review and approval of fundraising creative, thank you letters, online donation forms and telemarketing scripts to ensure they capture the expected data of our supporters and are compliant with artwork specifications and GDPR.

  • Great analytical skills to observe and review information provided to you and extrapolate details into briefings and reports

    This role can be worked on a hybrid basis, with the requirement to attend our London office based in Kings Cross up to twice per week.
