SuppoRTT Fellow - GHNHSFT

We are looking to recruit a SuppoRTT (Supported Return to Training Fellow) for either 7.5 or 15 hours per week reaching 1 or 2-days per week for a Fixed Term of 12-months. The post holder will work alongside other relevant team members within the SuppoRTT PGME Team and the SuppoRTT Team within NHS England. They will play a vital role in networking with PGDIT’s (Post-Graduate Doctors in Training) across all specialities. They will have evidence of excellent communication skills and a desire and ability to think broadly about improving PGDiT’s working lives.
They will demonstrate an understanding of our healthcare systems and working collaboratively with the SuppoRTT Tutor, raising the profile of returners’ voices. Experience of negotiating with and influencing Trust Colleagues, working to deliver bespoke return to training approaches for our Trust PGDiT’s. Demonstrated evidence of leading/influencing change is desirable. An aptitude for presenting ideas and plans to healthcare colleagues
