An opportunity exists for an experienced and qualified Electrical Supervisor to join the Engineering Surface Infrastructure team at our Oaky Creek North Operations.
Reporting to the Surface Infrastructure Electrical Coordinator, you will be responsible for the supervision and execution of all surface infrastructure electrical maintenance to support safe and reliable operations at Oaky North.
Oaky Creek Coal is looking for a driven individual who demonstrates high levels of organisation and attention to detail. These skills will assist in creating the weekly schedule and compilation of reports and investigations intended to maintain all plant in a fit for purpose condition.
With safety as your key priority, you will work efficiently to optimise all operational and maintenance activities of all surface infrastructure. You will be responsible for the execution of maintenance plans while providing relevant information to enable key performance indicators are met and improved on.

THE ROLE:

• Full-time permanent
• A 5/2 or nine-day fortnight roster

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Providing effective electrical supervision as part of the surface infrastructure team
• Planning and assisting with the completion of statutory, preventative and breakdown maintenance
• Displaying high work standards
• Influencing and maintaining a positive team culture and driving the safety culture
