Novant Health Medical Group is looking for a compassionate, caring Surgical Oncology Advanced Practice Provider to join our growing Genitourinary practice of 4 providers in the Weisiger Cancer Institute located in Charlotte, NC. This position will assist in surgery, handle IP rounds/discharges, and will see follow up visits in clinic. Our providers are fully supported with a dedicated, onsite team of experienced nurses, pharmacists, and administrative staff as well as a full-service infusion center. We are a robust, innovative practice that continues to grow and expand patient access to cutting edge treatments. Surgical experience preferred. RNFA certification required for NP’s or ability to obtain by 12/31/2024.
Our expert surgeons, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants work collaboratively to provide remarkable care to our operative and non-operative patients. The selected APP will be responsible for performing a variety of functions under the supervision of our physicians. These functions, though not all-inclusive, include seeing patients in the clinic setting, performing office procedures, surgical assisting in the operating room, and rounding at our acute facilities.
