Description:

- Minimum 3 years of Surveillance experience

- Adhere to high standards, methods and procedures
- Computer proficiency
- Thorough understanding of the Gaming Control Act and the Criminal Code of Canada

Responsibilities:
- Exceed guest expectations by providing outstanding customer service

- Adhere to all company and legislative policies and procedures as they relate to functions of the position
- Maintain logs and records as described in the policy and procedure and/or directed
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of the sections of the Gaming Control Act of Ontario and the Criminal Code of Canada applicable to casino operational activity
- Monitor, document and report employee violations of company and legislative policies and procedures
- Monitor, document and report large cash transactions and the movement of cash/cash equivalents within the casino
- Monitor, document and report excluded and self-excluded customers
- Monitor, document and report unauthorized access to secure areas
- Communicate effectively with all appropriate operational departments
- Build strong working relationships with guests and employees
- Comply with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned or directed.
- Protection of company assets and patrons; both internal and external
- Protection of gaming integrity for GCGC and the province of Ontario.
- Strict adherence to the Surveillance code of conduct and Mandate.
