Description:

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL DEMONSTRATE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 3 years of Surveillance experience

  • Adhere to high standards, methods and procedures
  • Computer proficiency
  • Thorough understanding of the Gaming Control Act and the Criminal Code of Canada

Responsibilities:

  • Exceed guest expectations by providing outstanding customer service

  • Adhere to all company and legislative policies and procedures as they relate to functions of the position
  • Maintain logs and records as described in the policy and procedure and/or directed
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge of the sections of the Gaming Control Act of Ontario and the Criminal Code of Canada applicable to casino operational activity
  • Monitor, document and report employee violations of company and legislative policies and procedures
  • Monitor, document and report large cash transactions and the movement of cash/cash equivalents within the casino
  • Monitor, document and report excluded and self-excluded customers
  • Monitor, document and report unauthorized access to secure areas
  • Communicate effectively with all appropriate operational departments
  • Build strong working relationships with guests and employees
  • Comply with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations
  • Perform other duties as assigned or directed.
  • Protection of company assets and patrons; both internal and external
  • Protection of gaming integrity for GCGC and the province of Ontario.
  • Strict adherence to the Surveillance code of conduct and Mandate.
