As a Surveillance Trainee Operator, you will undertake relevant training and assessments to perform the trainee operator function. This will require you to monitor, accurately record, investigate and report threats of casino revenue, safety of persons, illegal/undesirable activity and the integrity of gaming operations in an efficient and effective manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a constant vigilance to identify, record and report suspicious, illegal or undesirable activity
  • Establish and maintain a high level of property and department knowledge
  • Monitor alarm systems and coordinate the appropriate response when needed
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and operational policy, reporting any violations to the Shift Manager
