Survey Fieldwork Supervisor

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED:

• At least a year of experience managing a team of staff processing administrative forms and requests (e.g., surveys, feedback forms, tax returns, form submissions to authorities or to financial institutions) and at least two years of experience in market research customer service, sales, or survey interviewing
• Experience in managing the daily rosters and leave matters of the team of survey ops officers
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel; must be comfortable with numbers and formulae in Microsoft Excel
• Conversant in English and have the confidence to conduct surveys in English over telephone interviews and guide statistical officers in managing difficult survey respondents
• Candidates with additional fluency in other languages commonly spoken in Singapore are preferred
• Patient, meticulous, detailed, good organizational skills

• Onboard new survey ops officers in workflow processes and questionnaire design as well as any logistical requirements
• Fieldwork briefing and interviewer training exercises.
• Manage daily rosters and leave matters.
• Assisting IMDA RSU officers in any task assigned to the survey ops team related to survey fieldwork and operations.
• Prepare the layout and proofreading of surveys
• Support the programming of the online survey questionnaire in the in house survey system
• Create and implement validations for the excel questionnaire of surveys
• Test survey validations and rules in the electronic survey platform
• Email electronic copies of the survey to respondents
• Reporting survey response rate at regular periods so that IMDA RSU officers are well-informed on the progress of the survey fieldwork.
• Double up as a survey ops officer during active survey period
