Our Opportunity
As Sustainability Analyst, you will support data collation and analysis, reporting, project coordination and delivery of Mirvac’s This Changes Everything strategic objectives within the Development business. The role directly reports to the Director, Sustainability – Development, Design & Construction but will provide day-to-day support to the Sustainability Managers.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate, audit and report Development and Construction sustainability performance data for quarterly and annual reporting.
Analyse Development and Construction sustainability data to identify and communicate trends and innovations.
Manage project sustainability scorecard updates and quarterly reviews and assist with reporting for the Construction Management team.
Collaborate with the Digital team to enhance and develop data collection and reporting systems to drive performance.
Assist in a review of project waste, energy, water data to ensure data integrity. Work collaboratively with the Construction HSE team to support improvements and streamlining of reporting.
Support project understanding, delivery and reporting of Mirvac’s Community Investment and Social Procurement targets.
Uphold and support project team adherence to minimum standards and sustainability processes in the PDP.
Assist the Sustainability Managers and Director with delivery of Development targets within Mirvac’s This Changes Everything strategy.
Collaborate with Group and other divisions to help deliver integrated sustainability outcomes across business units, leveraging available specialist contributions where required.
Provide advice to project teams relating to sustainability performance and initiatives and assist teams in delivering sustainability outcomes as needed.
Assist in preparing Green Star and other rating tool assessments and provide support to project teams in engaging external consultants.
Maintain a customer-centric approach to sustainability through the provision of value-add sustainability advice to the Development business.
Your point of difference
You will have demonstrated experience in property, construction or sustainability; specifically technical expertise in systems and data management, reporting and analysis coupled with expertise in environmentally sustainable design principles or proven experience in delivering on sustainable outcomes for customers.
You will enjoy partnering with stakeholders across the business, meaning you will have excellent communication; stakeholder management and project management skills along with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities across project and business objectives.
