JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Design the strategy to enter carbon farming programs in selected southeast Asia countries.
• Understand the regulations about the carbon farming market and procedures in Southeast Asia.
• Understand carbon opportunities for the business and portfolio.
• Support digital solutions as a matter expert to ensure the robustness of the carbon strategy and operations.
• Support the development of new farming inputs focusing on sustainable practices.
• Assess the carbon impact of the business in Southeast Asia and propose solutions to bring our activity to carbon neutrality.
• Represent the business in Sustainability forums, discussions and events.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Proven experience in sustainable farming and/or carbon credit markets
• Successful experience in managing complex projects involving corporates, startups and public organizations.
• Proven experience in the Southeast Asia market
• Being a problem solver performing with autonomy
• Background in agronomy is a plus.
• Background in Policy or Public relation is a plus.
• Solid verbal and stakeholder management skills required.
