To reinforce our team, we are looking for a

KEY ACTIVITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Plan internal communication promoting sustainable behaviours and events on campus, including intranet site and monthly newsletter
  • Help organize sustainability data for sustainability and carbon footprint reporting
  • Support with developing and rolling out sustainable procurement
  • Support sustainability-related events both online and in person, including general logistics
  • Assist with organization of employee engagement activities
  • Administrative tasks including (but not limited to) preparation of reference materials, presentations, briefings, meeting minutes and other forms of correspondence.

EDUCATION

  • Currently enrolled or recently graduated in studies (BA or BSc in Humanities, Social Sciences, Management, Environmental Science, Communication, or Marketing)
  • Course in Sustainability, CSR, Corporate Communications, Marketing

EXPERIENCE

  • Experience working as part of a team in a corporate or academic environment
  • Experience in managing and organizing communication and events involving different stakeholders

COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS

  • Passion for sustainability and climate change topics, understanding of implications for society and education
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and deal with several projects and work with a high degree of independence and integrity
  • Confidence engaging with executives
  • Interpersonal skills, ability to communicate, motivate and build relationships
  • A high standard of written and spoken English
  • A commitment to diversity and inclusion
  • An entrepreneurial mindset
  • Microsoft Office/Sharepoint/Web design
