Description:
Job Title: Sustainability, Compliance and Innovations Coordinator
Reporting to: Commercial Manager
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: Unit 17, The Hub Logistics Park, Bracetown, Dublin 15
Weekly hours: 37 (Monday to Thursday 9:00am - 5:00pm & Friday 9:00 am - 4:30pm)
Salary Range: Salary on requested.
Cagney Contract Cleaning, now a part of the Samsic group of companies, is in search of a Sustainability, Compliance and Innovations Coordinator reporting to the Commercial Manager.
Cagney are a prominent commercial cleaning provider, currently employing more than 1000 staff. Cagney Contract Cleaning provides a range of Daily Office Cleaning, Specialist Cleaning and Industrial Cleaning to companies across Ireland.
Maintain sustainability ratings.
- Draft policy documents and implement said policies within company.
- Attend and contribute to meetings when requested.
- Providing effective resolutions to a diverse variety of queries

Responsibilities:
Monitor and evaluate ESG performance metrics, generating regular reports for internal and external stakeholders to track progress and impact.
Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement across various departments and projects.
Lead innovation projects from conception to execution, researching and implementing cutting-edge solutions to drive business growth and enhance competitiveness.
Provide training and guidance to employees on ESG principles, innovation methodologies, compliance requirements, and financial reporting processes.
Serve as a primary point of contact for inquiries related to ESG, innovation, compliance, and financial reporting matters.
Oversee supplier and customer compliance on platforms, ensuring that updated information is uploaded and maintained accurately.
Assist in the preparation of sales adjustment sheets and costing to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.
Prepare presentations and provide support during any tender process.
Work with the Marketing Coordinator to create content for distribution to clients and on social platforms.
Maintain data base of all sustainable / environmental / innovations.
Assist and support in ISO audits.
Maintain sustainability ratings.
