JOB DESCRIPTION:

Localisation: Haguenau (30 minutes from Strasbourg), Aimargues (30 minutes from Montpellier), Slough (United-Kingdom)
Type of contract: permanent contract
This Petcare Senior Analyst role is dedicated to Petcare Sustainability requested capabilities and their integration into SAP S/4 Petcare Digital Core. The role will consist in building internal expertise in SAP S4 and in deeply collaborating with Royal Canin / Pet Nutrition business expert, Corporate Sustainability teams, Petcare DT teams and the Petcare System Integrator.

• Master local and global Royal Canin (RC) and Pet Nutrition (PN) process complexities in the Sustainability area.
• Build technical SAP S4 expertise in the domain and also build knowledge in the current platform used (SWEEP) to ensure continuity of Sustainability reporting is protecting while S/4 is being implemented.
• Collaborate extensively with Enterprise Sustainability to ensure RC/ PN priority use cases, targets, and key performance indicators are considered in the design of Enterprise capabilities.
• Collaborate extensively with other functional team of the program to 1. understand their functional needs in the area / 2. share what is required from them to comply with Enterprise objectives and overall legislation around Sustainability
• Ensure E2E Sustainability processes and data are well supported by a set of solutions properly integrated for the purpose (S/4, Division Edge systems such as Formula Management tool, Enterprise Edge systems such as MGIS)
• Collaborates with Enterprise Architecture, GDO and any other Mars DT team that need to be involved on the design and build discussion.
• If necessary, involve SAP experts in the discussion to ensure we get the best from the solution we will design.
• Work closely with the ERP solution architect to ensure the design and delivery are fit for purpose and the system integrator deliverables follow the expectations.
• Translate business processes into technical configuration making sure these are properly documented.
• In a second phase, be involved in SAP S4 deployment in different markets. Drive standard implementation at Pilot level. Provide expertise to the deployment team
