Description:

As a Sustainability IT Associate, you will be at the forefront of integrating sustainability requirements into the global Bosch IT infrastructure. Your role will ensure consistent sustainability data governance and harmonization across the Bosch Group.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Educational Background: Degree in Business Informatics, IT Design & Architecture, IT Data Management, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: Proven experience in project management, requirements engineering, or IT governance.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to manage KPIs, complex data structures, and comprehensive IT design.
  • Sustainability Expertise: Background in sustainability, particularly in sustainability reporting, is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent ability to convey complex issues clearly and understandably.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Overarching Sustainability IT Architecture and Project Management Activities: Oversee the IT architecture related to sustainability and lead projects to ensure alignment with Bosch’s sustainability goals.
  • Data Strategy and Governance for Sustainability and EHS-Related Data: Develop and manage strategies for handling sustainability and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) data.
  • Lead Implementation of the Sustainability Analytics Data Platform: Drive the deployment of this platform to facilitate Bosch Group’s reporting in accordance with the EU CSRD regulation.
  • Analyze Functional Requirements and Convert into Technical Requirements: Interpret business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Prioritize and Document Requirements: Organize and document requirements in the form of epics and tasks.
  • Communicate with Stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts: Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of sustainability initiatives.
  • Annual Audit Management: Oversee the preparation and management of annual sustainability audits.
