Are you enthusiastic about overseeing the transformation of reporting on Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) matters, which are crucial to our stakeholders, including investors, regulators, and employees? You’ll be tasked with building and implementing reporting and control processes, as well as technology solutions to ensure the delivery of accurate, complete, consistent, and auditable data on a quarterly and annual basis. Collaborating closely with functional teams, you’ll integrate reporting into existing processes, foster accountability, develop capabilities, and identify potential resource needs for the long term.

What we expect
In this role you will work as part of a wider team to:
- Support functions on creating new or improving existing processes for GHG Scope 3 data input to ensure compliance to regulatory requirements.
- Coaching on process creation whereby functional inputs convert and optimize raw data in to a structured, usable formats for reporting which satisfy audit requirements.
- Influence across functions at various levels and perform change management to integrate processes in to existing teams as well perform a gap analysis on resources to understand where organizational gaps may exist.
- Improve way to collect data from suppliers gathering carbon data and establishing their carbon calculation methodologies.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of the GHG Protocol and other methodologies to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
- Tailor solutions to the unique challenges and needs of corporate carbon calculation and reporting.
- Evaluate existing carbon calculation tools for potential integration or develop new in-house solutions as needed.
- Ensure product compliance with environmental regulations and reporting standards.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, reporting background.
- Experience in carbon calculation , emissions management, and ESG / CSRD / CDP reporting would be a big plus.
- Knowledge in new EU CRSD regulation is a plus.
- Proved knowledge in data related to Energy, Carbon mgmt. and management / data for GHG scope 3.
- Good Analytical and abilities to work in group with multidisciplinary areas.
- High motivation, autonomy and creative to look for new developments out of the box.
- Fluent English
