Sustainability Manager - APEC

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainability Manager to lead our environmental and social sustainability efforts in the APEC region (Asia Pacific Excluding China). You will promote a culture of sustainability within the organisation, covering both local and regional activities in FUCHS Australasia and APEC.

QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or related field.
• Experience in sustainability, environmental management, or related fields.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse environment.
• Understanding of regional sustainability challenges and regulations.
• Internal and external sustainability training on local requirements/regulations.
• Strong understanding of regional sustainability challenges, regulations, and market dynamics.
• Experience managing Asia-Pacific countries is an advantage.
• Knowledge of sustainability standards and legislation.
• Strategic thinking and leadership.
• Collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and advocacy abilities
