BECOME A SUSTAINABILITY MANAGER

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Sustainability Manager to join the Commercial team at The Works, joining us on the exciting journey to make our business planet-friendly. Reporting to the Head of Quality Assurance, Sourcing & Sustainability, this role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and take ownership of all sustainability-related aspects within the business. You won’t just follow the roadmap—you’ll drive it! Net zero emissions? Yep, that’s your mission.
Collaborating closely with various internal functions such as Quality Assurance, Buying, Sourcing, and Procurement - you’ll make the magic happen. You’ll be on top of compliance with new and existing environmental reporting and regulatory requirements, as well as engaging with both internal and external stakeholders to propel our sustainability strategy forward.
And guess what? You’ll also have an ESG Coordinator sidekick as a direct report to help in the green frontier!
