WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Unilode Aviation Solutions is on the lookout for a dynamic individual to lead our sustainability initiatives. We are seeking candidates that monitor external trends and innovative programs in relation to sustainability which will ensure that our strategy reflects developments in sustainability generally and aviation specifically. You will need to forge a strong working relationship with our customers in the interests of collaboration and alignment of sustainability objectives. You will represent Unilode at key sustainability and aviation events and work with our Communications Director to develop communication and engagement strategies for the organisation’s sustainability vision and programs. You will ensure that our sustainability strategy and principles are appropriately reflected in internal policies and procedures to embed sustainability into our DNA.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A recognised sustainability certification
• Degree level qualification (desirable)
• Demonstrable experience of Sustainability Management
• Experience of effective engagement with both internal and external stakeholders at a senior level
• Ability to work across functional boundaries
• Ability to think strategically, whilst being able to operate tactically.
• An understanding of corporate strategy and financial performance
• Strong influencing and engagement skills
• Knowledge of legislative sustainability reporting requirements
• The ability to create legible and informative sustainability reports (e.g., MS Power BI)
• Demonstrate knowledge of CO2 emission data capture processes (S1-S3)
