QUALIFICATIONS
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- An MSc degree in a relevant field, combined with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience as a Project Manager with cross-functional reach and high complexity, including significant exposure to collaboration with external parties and management.
- Preferably, significant insights into the supply chain and an understanding and broad NN production and process knowledge.
- Proven track record of working with sustainability and Insights into the circular economy and an understanding of sustainability requirements and opportunities
- Strong communication skills and the ability to share recommendations with senior management.
- proficiency in MS Office products, as well as a working knowledge of databases, spreadsheets, and dashboards.
- Professional proficiency in English.

You have excellent stakeholder management skills and enjoy building long-lasting relations across the network. Moreover, you can facilitate value-adding discussions by having a good overview and strategic flair. Responsibilities:
Furthermore, you will be responsible for:
- Lead C4Z track 4: Eliminate waste of energy, water, and materials as part of the overall strategy from our Corporate Environmental Strategy.
- Ensure alignment on short-, medium-, and long-term goal setting related to energy, water, and materials within PSQIT.
- Ensure annual forecast and impact assessment of current initiatives from PSQIT roadmaps.
- Identify new focus areas and projects/initiatives to ensure target realization.
- Lead and participate in environmental projects related to e.g., process standardization, water and energy savings, Water-Nature related initiatives, waste reductions, recycling/reuse etc.
- Share and support coordination of best practices across PSQIT
