Job Description
Working with our senior sustainability Program Manager, we are seeking a proficient Sustainability Project/ Program Coordinator to enhance sustainability initiatives across our Tech Sector Client’s global workplaces. The ideal candidate will support the Sustainability & Engineering team in overseeing capital projects, ensuring compliance with sustainability design guidelines, coordinating with diverse stakeholders, and supporting operations with implementing initiatives across the workplace.
You will serve as our client’s Sustainability & Engineering team’s Owner Representative for the sustainability scopes across all our client’s design and build projects in NAMER & APAC, with the possibility of extending responsibilities to EMEA. This entails overseeing sustainability certifications and related scopes, among other duties.
You will proactively identify and recommend sustainability design initiatives that drive impact, support effectiveness of the workplace, and help the Client achieve its sustainability goals on capital projects.
Gather project feedback to enhance sustainability initiatives and support the revision of design guidelines and processes in the workplace related but not limited to material selection and circularity, lifecycle assessments, construction waste minimization, indoor environmental quality, and improving employee experience.
Work from our client’s Dublin Office three days per week on average.
Travel to Client’s global offices required (approx. 20% of the time) to participate in program events and support projects.
Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline, or equivalent qualification is required. Alternatively, a degree or experience in sustainability management/operations.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in sustainability/ project management roles, preferably in complex construction projects and/or engaging with facilities to implement sustainability practices throughout the workplace, and support verifying environmental compliance.
