You will:
- Contribute to horizon scanning for relevant legislation, reporting standards and trends, feeding into Dyson’s ESG reporting approach.
- Translate legislative requirements into useful information for key stakeholders across the business, supporting other functions to fulfil their ESG obligations, including via training.
- Monitor the progress of other functions against their ESG objectives, utilising project management skills to ensure effective and efficient documentation.
- Support the CS&R team to implement key projects including double materiality assessments, policies, and methodology documents.
- Support the CS&R team in drafting ESG disclosures, and seeking the relevant feedback and approvals prior to publication (including annual modern slavery and child labour prevention reporting, UK climate reporting, and EU CSRD)
Responsibilities:
We’re looking for a proactive and hands-on Sustainability Reporting Manager to join our Corporate Sustainability and Reporting team.
As a Sustainability Reporting Manager, you will be pivotal in managing compliance with the rapidly increasing ESG reporting landscape. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment where collaboration and teamwork are highly valued. This role will work with multiple cross-functional teams and will need to establish strong relationships with key business stakeholders to ensure that we deliver reporting effectively and efficiently. The role is both strategic and hands-on, helping drive the development of the ESG reporting strategy and supporting the delivery of a number of key ESG projects, reports and disclosures.
This position reports to the Senior Sustainability Reporting Manager and is based in Malmesbury, UK.
You will:
