Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to drive the implementation and integration of our client’s Sustainability strategy across business units, ensuring alignment with the Bank’s global objectives and policies in Singapore.

Duties:

  • Collaborate closely with business units to integrate Sustainability strategy, programs, and impact, ensuring alignment with Group Sustainability objectives and policies.
  • Cultivate partnerships and collaborate with industry experts to advance Sustainability initiatives.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking and monitor emerging trends in sustainability issues, assessing their implications for the Bank’s portfolio.
  • Track, facilitate progress, and report on the Bank’s sustainability targets and deliverables in Singapore.
  • Maintain documentation and sustainability-related data for Group Reporting purposes.
  • Develop operational roadmaps and provide guidance on sustainability programs and initiatives in Singapore.
  • Collaborate with Business Units, Risk, and other relevant teams to support Sustainability-related Product Development.
  • Assist in developing and delivering sustainability-related communications, including resources and training, to enhance awareness and engagement with Sustainability initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sustainability, preferably within the Finance sector.
  • Strong understanding of sustainability issues, international standards, and best practices.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder and project management, particularly with Head Office counterparts and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
