We are looking for a Swedish speaking Learning Coordinator

And growing without limits we certainly do! We are therefore looking for a Swedish speaking Learning Coordinator!
As a learning coordinator, you will be the point of contact for booking requests. You will keep yourself busy by speaking to our clients and supporting them where necessary. You focus on coordinating the collaboration and deal with reporting and monitoring. In doing so, you evaluate well and ensure adherence to SLA’s and service quality. You are an important point of contact for our clients, internal and external trainers and training providers as well as for event locations. You take care of the entire training organization and participant management as well as invitations, keep an eye on acceptances and cancellations and record the data in all necessary systems. You book internal and external locations, obtain quotes and compare their prices. As an important contact person for the entire coordination, you will support our clients with their questions about training & learning and keep our learning management system and other platforms up to date. The optimization of existing training coordination processes in Sweden is also part of your job profile.

Your duties and responsibilities include:

  • Processing and procurement of course requests and training offers
  • Order management and billing with course providers
  • Providing advice on training and courses
  • Communicating directly with participants via phone and email
  • Be the first point of contact for finance for billing issues
  • Participate in the creation of FAQ pages and tutorials
  • You will serve as a closing partner for CS, & PM
