Mō te Tūranga | About the Role
This role provides SWIFT consultancy, guidance, and support to the WNZL Payments Tribe and wider change Programs. It will be a key role in defining the current and future state payment processes, people, system and operating model changes and to support the implementation and delivery of SWIFT capability in New Zealand.

Ko tō mahi | What you’ll do

  • Coordinating upgrades and/or replacements of HSM(Hardware Security Module) Box.
  • Planning, coordination and execution of all SWIFT infrastructure maintenance tasks, including patching of the SWIFT Alliance and Gateway software components.
  • Administration of SAA, SAG and SNL; in compliance with applicable bank policies and standards and meet the objectives and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) required of the function it supports.
  • Coordinating upgrades and/or replacements with SWIFT Support and System Administrators.
  • Coordinating leased line upgrades and/or VPN boxes replacement with SWIFT support and Network Engineering
  • PKI certificate management.
  • Acts as a system tester for unit, integration, systems, acceptance, and related testing. Writes the test plan to ensure requirements are satisfied.
  • Understand SWIFT Alliance business functions and message routing to meet technology needs.
  • Complies with IT policies and procedures, especially those for quality and productivity standards.
  • Complies with all Information Security policies and procedures and verifies deliverables meet Information Security requirements.

Me aha ahau kia angitu? | What do I need to be successful?

  • At least 5 + years of experience with networking/ application management/ SWIFT systems
  • SWIFT Consulting experience preferred.
  • Having good knowledge of SWIFT CSP controls and Coordinating SWIFT CSP with external auditors.
  • Good to have knowledge of monitoring tools like Splunk, Dynatrace.
  • Good to have knowledge of scripting and Job scheduling application like Control-M
  • Strong understanding of the NZ Payments and financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of the current state of WNZL Payments systems/infrastructure
  • Well-versed in building strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and firewall rule administration
  • Strong understanding of IBM MQ, SFTP, Control-M connectivity
  • Working knowledge of SWIFT Customer Security Program Policies & Control Objectives
