A minimum of 5 years’ experience managing a team in an operations environment, tourism, hospitality, recreation or child and youth programming an asset
A minimum of 5 years’ experience with customer service and customer relations
A high proficiency with Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software
Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to move between locations as needed

THE ROLE

We are looking for a lively, energetic person who thrives in fast-paced environments and lives for multitasking. You love interacting with people, communicating with ease, and are committed to knowing every customer by name. You are a people leader who creates a playful work environment while being able to hold your people accountable.
This is a part-time position with hours ranging from 28-32 hours per week. A typical work week for the Manager, Swim, would be Saturday through Wednesday and does include evenings and weekends, however this is subject to change with operational needs.
