Description:
Band 2 – Switchboard Operator – Stepping Hill Hospital
17.5 (average per week hours to be worked as following 2 week shift rota)
week 1 Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 17.00 - 22.00
Week 2 Monday, Tuesday 17.00 - 22.00
Saturday 18.00 - 22.00
Sunday 16.00 - 22.00
We are based at Stepping Hill Hospital, Stockport NHS Foundation Trust, the post holder will be required to work as part of a friendly team providing a full comprehensive service for the Trust covering all aspects of the Switch board. NHS and switchboard experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be given to the successful applicant.
We are looking for someone who promotes excellent customer service skills which will help support the smooth and efficient running of the switchboard which will enable good first impressions to our staff, patients and visitors to the hospital.
