We’re looking for a System Administrator to join our team.
The System Administrator will create and set best practices, policy, process, and procedure as well as methodologies as it relates to end to end lifecycle hardware and software management. This includes the management of leasing and lease financing of assets.

What We Need & What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

  • Establish, support and maintain Asset Management processes
  • Govern processes and escalate accordingly to ensure processes are followed
  • Manage LCAM database inventory of onsite and remote assets including receiving, shipping, and storing assets in a secure location
  • Manage asset updates, move and update asset data to new database and understanding reporting required in SQL and PSQL
  • Manage dashboard creation and validate asset scans across 3 global locations

Who You Are (Qualifications):

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • ServiceNow experience
  • Experience with ITAM and Asset Management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to create reports and analyze data for driving continuous operational improvement
  • IT management concepts (EUC, software, applications, servers, networks, databases, etc.)
  • Understand and create SQL statements used in the LCAM database
