Description:

As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees. Your primary focus will be on troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, Office 365.
  • Experience with Windows Server 2019/2022, Active Directory, ESET, Exchange 2019, and Microsoft 365.
  • Familiarity with network concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Ukrainian.
  • English (intermediate+ level).

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Respond to and resolve IT support requests via phone, email, or in person.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, escalating more complex issues to senior staff when necessary.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
  • Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions using our ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and improve IT processes and procedures.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on various IT systems and applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements.
  • Manage IT equipment procurement, including researching and purchasing new hardware and software.
  • Track the issuance and return of IT equipment to employees.
  • Coordinate with courier services to send and receive IT equipment for remote employees and manage returns to the office.
  • Prepare and support strategic online broadcasts and presentations.
