System Administrator

This is a remote position.

Currently, we have an immediate opening for a System Administrator to join our team! The System Administrator is primarily responsible for administration, optimization, and maintenance of various business applications and its related components to achieve their high performance and ensure smooth ongoing management. This role will also be working very closely with other departments to implement, test, and deploy new products and services. This includes configuration of applications to satisfy business needs and wants, testing and deploying of the annual business applications’ upgrades, actively participating in disaster recovery exercises, maintaining system and application technical procedures, leading new system and application features and functionality rollouts, and implementing of system enhancements and its related components.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred.
• Experience in one or more of the following: guest relations, sales, customer service, account management or banking.
• Minimum 3 years of demonstrated technical experience required. Preferably using systems such as Fiserv DNA, MerdianLink and/or MortgageBot.

• Proactively maintaining and administrating the core system and third-party business applications to ensure all systems and business applications are performing adequately.
• Planning, coordinating, testing, and communicating all business application changes, upgrades/maintenance schedules, and new enhancements/services to ensure proper business operations.
• Providing end-user support to promote application adoption and satisfaction, maintaining proper system access, and daily supporting end-users with technical requests.
• Monitoring and testing business applications performance, providing performance statistics and reports, and documenting and analyzing problems.
• Providing business application support to project managers on project teams and assisting IT Technical Services team with troubleshooting, vendor calls, and disaster recovery exercises.
• Maintaining documentation and ensuring ongoing compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
