Description:
Position Title: System Administrator
Type: full-time (minimum 30 hours per week) Permnant
Remuneration: NZD 31.85-32 / hour Work place: Auckland
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
At least one year experience in the samilar position is required
Strong understanding of hardware and software systems.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, etc.) a plus

Responsibilities:
Install and maintain hardware and software systems.
Document diagnosis and resolution of technical issues.
Manage user passwords, security protocols, and maintain inventory documentation.
Ensure efficient performance of servers, printers, and personal computers.
Attend to various operational tasks as needed.
Provide help desk support and user training as required.
Prepare and maintain procedures and documentation for network inventory.
Record diagnosis and resolution of network faults, enhancements, and modifications.
Monitor network traffic, activity, capacity, and usage to ensure optimal performance.
Offer specialist skills in supporting and troubleshooting network problems and emergencies.
Install, configure, test, maintain, and administer new and upgraded networks, software, database applications, servers, and workstations.
Optimizing the database management by writing PHP and SQL scripts
