This is a fixed-term opportunity with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the IT needs, ensuring their systems run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring, building, testing, patching, and deploying applications and infrastructure
- Providing technical support to staff and students
- Maintaining IT infrastructure, ensuring it meets agreed service levels
- Resolving IT incidents and service requests within set timeframes
- Contributing to the planning and implementation of IT projects
- Staying up-to-date on new and emerging technologies
