TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS

- Description
- Sys Admin SME across our Oracle HCM Cloud solution with some technical experience for report writing across OTBI & BIP services.
- Responsible for managing and maintaining the Oracle HR Cloud system. They are responsible for configuring and customizing the system to meet the needs of the organization. They work closely with HR teams to ensure that the system is aligned with the organization’s HR policies and procedures. They also provide 3rd level support to HR support team and troubleshoot any issues that arise, including SRs with Oracle.
- A strong understanding of HR processes and practices, as well as experience with Oracle HCM Cloud is a must. Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and ability to work independently.
- Collaboration with HR, IT and SSC to ensure the technology solutions are strategically aligned to business priorities.
EXPECTED KNOWLEDGE
- Proven track record of delivering Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition and solution design.
- In depth knowledge in one of more Oracle Cloud HCM modules and concepts like Core HR, recruitment, Compensation & Benefits and Learning. Ideally within a Support/Delivery team.
- Experience in building and maintaining data extracts within Oracle HCM and exposing these via Oracle UCM and BICCC to enable external systems integrate with the Oracle solution via the UCM SOAP/REST/RIDC interfaces & web services.
- Experience with SQL/PLSQL, BI Publisher and OTBI to deliver effective reports focused on Oracle Cloud HCM modules and underlying objects.
- Knowledge of Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts and HDL data load functions.
- Flexible and versatile to learn and adapt to new modules.
- Strong Customer client service skills and ability to communicate (written and verbal) with all levels of the organisation, both internal and external. Desirable Knowledge
- Desirable experience using Oracle on Demand development tools to develop complex analytics queries, packages, procedures, functions, and triggers.
