Description:
Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize Chris21/HR21 systems to align with organizational requirements, ensuring optimal functionality and usability.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to integrate Chris21/HR21 systems with other enterprise systems and third-party applications, maximizing data consistency and workflow efficiency.
- Analyse existing HR processes and workflows to identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and enhancement through the implementation of Chris21/HR21 solutions.
- Work closely with HR stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements, translating them into technical specifications for system implementation and customization.
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and performance of Chris21/HR21 systems, identifying and resolving issues in collaboration with development teams.
- Provide training and support to end-users and administrators on the functionality and usage of Chris21/HR21 systems, empowering them to maximize the value of the technology.
- Stay abreast of updates and advancements in Chris21/HR21 technology and HRIS best practices, proactively recommending and implementing enhancements to optimize system performance and user experience.
