Description:

Overview:
A System Analyst is responsible for operations of Digital Experience and related systems. Analyzes and evaluates user problems. Assists with all release and upgrade related activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for users requiring assistance with data mining, report generation and data analysis from a variety of data sources including Idaho Central Credit Union’s:
  • eBranch, remote deposit capture and online account opening solutions.
  • Online and branch account opening solutions for Deposit and Consumer Loan products.
  • Video banking and digital communication channels
  • Effectively and quickly report day-to-day system issues by working with Idaho Central Credit Union team members and 3rd party partners.
  • Assist with user role creation, system configuration and maintenance activity of Digital Experience systems.
  • Responsible for ensuring industry security best practices are followed in Digital Experience systems.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date system diagrams and documentation to ensure seamless operations and effective communication within the team
  • Digital Experience system roles and user audit oversight.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
A results-oriented individual who thrives working in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of relevant work experience required. Preference given for post-secondary degree in computer science/computer information systems, or related field or a combination of related experience and education. Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities. Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours. Excellent English oral and written communication skills. Ability to work with other department supervisors. Knowledge of data processing, hardware platforms, and enterprise software applications. Technical experience with enterprise systems, databases, and user support. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to always maintain the confidentiality of the Credit Union and member records.
Performance Standard:
High level of professionalism. A demonstrated ability to work well with others. Understand Digital Experience systems and implement resolution to problems. Make recommendations to meet the goals and objectives of the Credit Union functions, procedures, and policies. Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution, solve problems and make sound decisions under pressure.
Strong organizational skills. Must be willing to comply with the Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act as implemented by Idaho Central Credit Union.

Physical Requirements:

  • Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity (processing paperwork, filing, stapling, sorting, collating, typing, counting cash, etc.).
  • Sit for extended periods of time.
  • Lift 20-40 pounds of applicable supplies including but not limited to copy paper, cash drawers, marketing material, etc.
  • Repetitive motion using wrists, hands, and fingers.
  • Reach keyboards.
  • Ability to operate basic office machines (calculator, computer, telephone, copy machine, fax machine, etc.).
