System Analyst

We are looking for an experienced System Analyst to join our team! As a System Analyst, this position will play a critical role in the transformation process, working closely with the Product Manager, Engineer and Business Development to develop and maintain the technical documentation.

REQUIREMENTS

• Min. 3+ years experience working as systems analyst, or related role.
• Excellent ability to analyze, model and interpret data using different tools and techniques.
• Proficiency in Technical Diagram and Writing Tools.
• Hands-on experience with software development and documentation, coupled with experience in leading or initiating project management, would be valuable for a role as a product manager.
• Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions.
• Experience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training, and implementing new applications and systems.
• Experienced in using documentation tools like Notion, Draw.io, Whimsical etc.
• Experience in trading system, or have ever used a trading platform is a big plus.
• Preferably has technical background, has experience on a system lot of users.
• Plus point, if you understand system design (CAP theorem, etc).

• You will take the role of a Devil’s Advocate to criticize the decision and the system.
• Actively lead and manage initiatives/projects.
• Exceptional writing skills to describe business process and technical details in a concise yet easily understandable wordings.
• Develop, analyze, prioritize, maintain, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, Entity-Relationship Diagrams (ERD), UML diagrams, prototypes, wireframes, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow, ensuring all deliverables are aligned with stakeholder expectations.
• Translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements
• Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures, and develop test cases to serve the overall quality assurance process
• Provide documentation of all processes and training as needed
• Protect operations by keeping the information confidential.
• Provide information to internal/external customers by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues.
• Actively participate in testing and provide support to stakeholders.
