JOB DESCRIPTION

OceanaGold are seeking a highly professional and motivated System Analyst – Success Factors to join our Digital Technology Team. Based in either our Melbourne or Brisbane offices and reporting to the Senior System Analyst – IT, you will partner with cross-functional business stakeholders to ensure design, implementation and support of end-to-end business application solution SAP Payroll. Your ability to gather technical documentation as well as build and deploy business models, in addition to providing ongoing daily support and payroll bug fixes, will ensure your success in this challenging and rewarding appointment.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

  • Lead the functional delivery of SAP Payroll system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Ensure all business requirements and functional designs are understood and delivered.
  • Interpret systems specifications to develop, maintain and support reporting solutions.
  • Create & manage functional documentation as well as perform unit testing and sign-off on system integration testing.
  • Perform user training and interface with business application users at all levels to ensure all customer requirements are captured and understood.
  • Manage the change and release management of Payroll developments, patch updates and upgrades.
  • Respond to and address user requests via ticketing process preferable to have experience in Service now.
  • Develop long term partnerships with business partners and vendors.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • EC or ECP SAP Certification.
  • 3+ years’ experience in SAP ECP or EC.
  • Experience with EC or ECP implementations.
  • Hands on experience with SAP Payroll ECP or EC end to end process.
  • End to End Payroll process.
  • Strong oral written and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex business problems and technical solutions.
