In this role, you will be joining a mining company with a global presence. They are a publicly traded firm and have offices around the world. What you will do and how you will make an impact …
[-] You will work on a variety of tasks and projects at once, and you will be an IT generalist. You will take over the IT infrastructure from the MSP that they are currently working with, and will have a mix of responsibilities – from Tier 1 to Tier 3 user support, to systems and network administration.

[-] You will provide user support for Office 365 and Windows products. They are using Windows 10 and are looking to move to Windows 11.
[-] You will maintain their routers, switches, firewalls and VPNs and escalate issues to the Senior Network Administrator if needed.
[-] You will remotely support their sites around the world as required and will work collaboratively with the global IT team. You will provide coverage for any issues that come through during your work hours (9am – 5pm PST).
Why we are excited about you …
[-] You are an excellent communicator, and have experience working with non-technical users.
[-] You are proactive and curious, and can provide recommendations about future projects and different ways to enhance their IT operations.
[-] You have experience as a junior Systems / Network Administrator, and have managed Windows servers and Active Directory before.
[-] You are an IT generalist, and enjoy having a variety of work and responsibilities.
[-] You are a self-starter and enjoy working independently.
[-] Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT Support / Systems / Network Administrator / similar role
