To play a critical role in the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems.

• Install, administer, and maintain services, servers and systems in operational condition (Windows, Linux, AD/AAD, MS Exchange Online);
• Actively participate in the installation, administration, and maintenance of network components ("On premise” + “Azure Cloud");
• Provide support and incident resolution (Levels 2 and 3);Ensure proper documentation of the information system (diagrams, technical operation manuals, procedures, runbooks);
• Key player in projects and drive innovative thinking and solutions;
• Communicate new concepts, techniques and best practices within the organization with consistent, maintainable, flexible, and cost effective solutions;
• Collaborate with other engineers to maintain and evolve solutions in the Cloud or On-Premise in a continuous improvement manner;
• Administrate his technical environment (Backup, LAN, WAN, Network and server hardware);
• Manage on all administration tasks in his technical environment (migration, deployment, rollout);
• Ensure proper documentation of the information system (diagrams, technical operation files, procedures, processes, runbooks);
• Contribute to monitoring and identifying IT department risks and security issues related to its infrastructure;
• Ensure knowledge transfer for business continuity and within the support team;
• Ensure ticket follow-up with team and users;
• Ensure infrastructure availability through periodical on-call duty shifts.
