System and Network Engineer / Tech Lead

We’re in search of a proficient Tech Lead/System and Network Engineer to join a vibrant team in Luembourg. As the chosen candidate, you’ll shoulder the crucial role of technical leadership, utilizing your wealth of experience in IT operations to steer the team both technically and organizationally.

• Provide strategic technical leadership and guidance to the team in effectively managing and supporting a range of IT resources, encompassing user provisioning, mailbox security, device management, file sharing, core application support, and incident/problem/change management.
• Take charge of overseeing and managing critical infrastructure components such as private Nutanix clusters, data centers, core networks, network and application firewalls, OS management, and backup/recovery systems.
• Play a pivotal role in bolstering the security and continuity of business operations through the implementation of security tooling and reporting, disaster recovery and business continuity planning, and facilitating audit and compliance support.
• Collaborate closely with team members to propose and execute solutions grounded in your extensive experience and expertise, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
