In Vattenfall’s Customer Service Nordic Finland unit, we are comprehensively responsible for Vattenfall’s customer service processes for the entire customer lifecycle.
We are now looking for a System & process support for our team for a fixed-term employment relationship until 31 December 2024.
One of our most important tasks is that Vattenfall’s customer service processes work and develop with the changing operating environment, meeting the needs of our customers.
Process Support supports our Process specialists in their everyday tasks, such as reviewing and correcting various reports. In addition, you are responsible for the workflow management of contracts coming from different sales channels.
