The Cyber Engineer will assess customer requests to deal with Incident/Problem/Service Request activities as well as participate in the implementation of complex changes. This role brings a shift left focus on delivering break-fixes as well as bringing productivity initiatives to the platform through automation and new ways of working.

The role also provides delivery governance, technical support and expertise to stakeholders , responding to stakeholder.

• Active responsibility to improve application performance
• Active responsibility to provide guidance on Operations engagement and Production stability
• Accountability to analyse, review and support Service Delivery to meet the ongoing technology requirements for business, projects, and CBA stakeholders

ADDITIONAL SKILLS:

• Good knowledge of security tools and technologies for secure software development such as cryptography, authentication techniques and protocols etc.
• Experience working with Content Delivery Network (CDN), Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS), Web Application and API Protection (WAAP) / Web Application Firewall (WAF) products and services, ideally Akamai or similar.
• Expert in monitoring API traffic and identify vulnerabilities.
• Good Knowledge on SAST and DAST Tools (Checkmarks)
