REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in data centre operations supporting Wintel system and network technology.
• Familiar with Windows Servers(2012/2016/2019), Vmware, Vcenter, Patching.
• Experience in server virtualization technology like VMWare and familiar Cisco technology is an added advantage.
• System daily operations, patching monthly maintenance and new VM Provisioning tasks.
• Bug Fix
• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or related
• This position will be required to work on a 12-hours shift.

• The Systems Engineer undertakes complex projects related to systems provisioning, installations, configurations as well as monitoring and maintenance.
• Applies highly developed specialist knowledge and skills in systems administration and works toward continuous optimisation of systems performance.
• Implements systems improvements and instructs other IT staff in the resolution of complex issues.
• Required to be on standby with on-call availability with varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to quickly and effectively solve issues as they arise.
• Able to methodically identify the cause of the issue, evaluate it and develop a solution in collaboration with the team. He communicates effectively and displays high level of service standards.
