BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• B.Sc in Computer Science or other similar kind of discipline
• Minimum two years’ experience as Junior System & Network Engineer
• Excellent hands-on experience with PaloAlto and pfSense firewalls.
• Basic cloud knowledge on multi cloud technologies, such as Azure, AWS.
• Passionate about end-user technical support and willingness to learn.
• Familiar with end-user applications such as Office365, MS-Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive etc
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, is a must.
• Positive and can do attitude.
• This role is fully work from office.
• Willing to work extended hours and flexible on working hours.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

• Following Network, Security and Microsoft certifications will be advantage.
• Passionate about AI, ML and Robotic Automation technologies.

As a Security Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in fortifying our organisation’s defences against cyber threats. Your responsibilities will encompass the following.

• Support end-users, resolving technical issues related to hardware, software and network.
• Manage the IT helpdesk within the given SLA standards.
• Distribute and install new desktop hardware/software, switches, and printers.
• Install software and operating system upgrades / patches through Microsoft Intune
• Monitor internal infrastructure by using dashboards and report to next level engineers.
• Take proactive measures to keep the operation near-zero downtime
• Provide L1 support for firewall infrastructure, prefer PaloAlto and pfSense Firewalls
• Support for Windows Server 2016/2019.
• Support cloud infrastructures.
• Support IIS, Microsoft SQL Server FTP ,DNS etc.
• Participate in audit and compliance activities including regular reports to management.
• Cooperate with the Global IT Operations team and follow the company standard procedures.
• Maintain IT assets inventory and assist with procurement.
• Collaborate with vendors for additional support when needed
