System Engineer | Tuas |SGD 7000 | 12 Months Contract

We are seeking a highly skilled System Engineer to work on a 12-month contract at our Tuas location. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining system architecture, as well as troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT systems and networking, with a minimum of 3 years of experience. This role offers a competitive salary of SGD 7000 per month.

Timing- 07:30 -5:15 PM (Monday to Thursday) and 07:30 to 04:30 (Friday)

AD/M365

• Design, deploy, and manage Active Directory (AD) infrastructure, including domains, forests, trusts, group policies, and domain controllers.
• Deploy and manage DHCP, File and Print servers, DFS, SCCM, and PKI infrastructure.
• Configure and maintain Azure Active Directory (AAD) to manage identities, access controls, and single sign-on (SSO) across cloud services.
• Implement and manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and other productivity tools.
• Collaborate with security teams to enforce security policies, implement multi-factor authentication (MFA), and monitor for suspicious activities.
• Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions in AD and Microsoft 365 to ensure proper access controls and compliance with organizational policies.
• Plan and execute migrations, upgrades, and integrations of AD and Microsoft 365 services in alignment with business requirements and best practices.

Automate routine tasks and workflows using PowerShell scripts, Microsoft 365 automation tools (e.g., PowerShell cmdlets, Microsoft Graph API), and third-party solutions.

• Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions for server and storage environments to ensure data protection and business continuity.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve problems.
• Collaborate with network engineers, system administrators, and other stakeholders to integrate server and storage infrastructure with network and security components.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in technology to recommend and implement innovative solutions and improvements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, IT administrators, and helpdesk staff.
