Responsibilities:

As a System & Instrumentation Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing services includes Plant Asset Management System commissioning and maintenance for Machinery Monitoring, Protection, and Management Systems.
  • Performing installations, commissioning and troubleshooting of Bently Nevada Hardware & Software Products and Solutions at customer locations.
  • Providing technical direction, project management, performing discovery session on site with customers and strengthen Bently Nevada Installed base activities.
  • Meeting timely completion of standard service reports, invoicing packages, and other administrative requirements along with driving customer satisfaction.
  • Assuring projects are executed in accordance with the cost allocations that are budgeted, including direct cost and labor hour management

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from STEM (Science, technology, engineering, and mathematics).
  • Be be to accommodate business travel up to 70% of the time. Business travel to Singapore or other countries within APAC.
  • Have experience in field services or maintenance position will be an advantage.
  • Be a good team player and display good communication skills with fluency in English.
  • Have demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others and team.
  • Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to identify and solve problems.
  • Be an experienced problem solver, with a methodical approach to solving complex customer issues
