We’re looking for a tech-savvy hero, ready to jump into the action as our System Integration and Support Engineer, based out of Bruchsal. This isn’t just any tech job; it’s your chance to make a significant impact, offering top-notch support and innovative solutions to our partners and customers all over the globe. You’ll be the bridge between our world-class software and the people who rely on it every day.

• Deliver projects that wow, working closely with everyone from product management to our partners.
• Dream up and deploy system solutions that meet our customers’ needs and show them off in a way that gets everyone excited.
• Get hands-on with installing our software, from video management systems to all the techie bits that make them work seamlessly.
• Keep an eye on project budgets to make sure everything ticks along without a hitch.
• Be the voice of calm and clarity, helping customers via phone or ticket system.
• Work magic behind the scenes, supporting our Sales, Marketing, and R&D teams.
• Conduct tech trainings in English and German (plus any other language skills you might have are a bonus!).
